 Westrop's Termly Skill There are 8 key Personal skills that the school believe are important to developing our children. These skills come from the IPC curriculum and are reflected within every part of the children’s learning. By their nature, the Personal skills are not age-specific. They apply to all children-and adults-of all ages. The 8 key Personal skills are enquiry, adaptability, resilience, morality, communication, thoughtfulness, cooperation and respect. |

| Each term, the teachers choose a child(ren) from each class who has been really good at showing the term's skill. Please also add any really good examples of this term's skill to the Wall of Talent |
